Custom training plans

If you’re looking for the best training plan for YOU, and prefer the independence of training on your own, this is a great option for you. A Custom Training Plan is tailored to your fitness level and goals, your weekly schedule, work/family demands, vacations, etc. After completing the Athlete Questionnaire, you will receive a printable version of your plan and a phone call to review the plan before you get started. I’ll make any changes if necessary, and then you can take it from there!

This plan includes:

  • Free introductory phone call

  • Athlete Questionnaire

  • 10-20 week plan that includes running, cross training, strength & mobility (as needed)

  • Plan review (phone conversation) to make sure you understand the plan and workouts

Price: $100-200/plan ($10/week)
