With 1:1 coaching, you’ll not only receive a training plan designed specifically for your fitness level and schedule, but also the weekly support of a coach that truly cares about you and your goals. Whether you’re new, seasoned, coming back or want to learn something new, I want to help you grow as an athlete!
This plan includes:
Free introductory phone call
Athlete Questionnaire
Onboarding Consultation
Training Peaks account (Access via desktop or mobile app)
Individualized Workouts uploaded weekly to Training Peaks calendar
Workouts to include running, cross training, basic strength training, and mobility (depending on needs)
Workouts/schedule adjusted by coach as needed
Text Messaging and/or Emailing with coach (during business hours)
Weekly check-ins with coach
Goal Setting
Race Planning
