With 1:1 coaching, you’ll not only receive a training plan designed specifically for your fitness level and schedule, but also the weekly support of a coach that truly cares about you and your goals. Whether you’re new, seasoned, coming back or want to learn something new, I want to help you grow as an athlete!

This plan includes:

  • Free introductory phone call

  • Athlete Questionnaire

  • Onboarding Consultation

  • Training Peaks account (Access via desktop or mobile app)

  • Individualized Workouts uploaded weekly to Training Peaks calendar

  • Workouts to include running, cross training, basic strength training, and mobility (depending on needs)

  • Workouts/schedule adjusted by coach as needed

  • Text Messaging and/or Emailing with coach (during business hours)

  • Weekly check-ins with coach

  • Goal Setting

  • Race Planning

  • Race Review
